Tracks what Wilderness Slayer tasks are worth over time. Pick the monsters you kill for Krystilia, set which drops you would pick up and what supplies you bring, then follow how loot and supply prices move against each other on charts updated every hour.
Highlights
- A Django back end that scrapes 37 tasks, 86 monsters and over 4,000 Wilderness drop table rows from the OSRS Wiki
- Hourly prices for over 4,700 Grand Exchange items, with price history kept for about 1,000 tracked items
- History at three resolutions, hourly for two weeks, six-hourly for three months and daily for a year, with the coarser ones kept current from the hourly data
- Loot and supply items sorted by pattern rules, with hand-set categories in the Django admin that later scrapes leave alone
- A static Vue and Chart.js front end that reads exported JSON files, so the public site runs no Python at all
- Deployed to shared hosting by a single SSH script, with an hourly cron job that refreshes prices and rewrites the data
